Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment, such as Drop Hammers, Hydro Press Forming Machine, Waterjet, CNC machine, and other similar machinery.

· Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, circuits, and controls.

· Assist in diagnosing mechanical and electrical failures, determining root causes, and implementing solutions.

· Work with maintenance lead to perform machine installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed.

· Assist in maintaining electrical systems and components in accordance with safety standards and regulations.

· Conduct inspections to ensure that all machines and electrical equipment are in safe, working condition.

· Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed and parts used.

· Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

· Collaborate with other team members to improve machine efficiency and minimize downtime.

Requirements:

· Knowledgeable in working with single and three phase electrical systems.

· Basic mechanical maintenance experience.

· Ability to read schematics and diagrams.

· Familiarity with industrial equipment, control systems, and electrical troubleshooting.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.

· Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in manufacturing or aviation-related industries.

· Knowledge of PLC systems, CNC equipment, or robotics.
