HR and Accounting Office Support!
Human Resources Support:
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Help coordinate onboarding, training, and performance review processes.
Track and process employee attendance, leave requests, and benefits documentation.
Accounting Support:
Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Support payroll preparation by gathering and verifying timekeeping data.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budget tracking and reporting.
Office Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations including phones, email correspondence, and scheduling.
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
Order and organize office supplies and maintain vendor relationships.
Provide general support to management and staff as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Accounting, or HR).
1–3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or accounting support role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software (QuickBooks or similar).
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
