Pay: $18.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time / Long-Term
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals has an excellent opportunity with a reputable local manufacturing company in Yuba City seeking hardworking individuals with Sandblasting and/or Powder Coating experience.

This is a full-time, long-term position within a production environment offering steady hours and consistent scheduling.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal surfaces
• Use high-powered abrasive blasting systems safely and efficiently
• Prepare surfaces by masking, grit blasting, and chemical rinsing
• Apply powder coating finishes according to specifications
• Ensure jobs are completed on schedule
• Perform quality checks and document completed work
• Maintain safe work conditions and properly handle hazardous materials
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform preventive maintenance

Qualifications:

• Previous sandblasting or powder coating experience preferred
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with dust and noise
