Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production lines, equipment, utensils, and work areas according to company procedures
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for thorough cleaning as required
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with established guidelines
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (GMP, HACCP, etc.)
• Remove waste, debris, and residue from floors, walls, and production areas
• Perform daily sanitation tasks during and after production shifts
• Inspect equipment and areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for production
• Maintain sanitation logs, checklists, and required documentation
• Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or maintenance needs to supervisors
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
• Support production teams in maintaining a clean and organized facility
