CNC Plasma Cutter Operator

Located in Greenville, TX

Salary: $16/hr - $30/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a CNC Plasma Cutter Operator position for a local Greenville, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Set up metal sheets or plates on the cutting table
• Load, edit, and run cutting programs (G-code)
• Operate a CNC plasma cutting machine to cut metal parts (steel, aluminum, stainless, etc.)
• Monitor machine performance and ensure accurate cuts
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Attention to detail and strong safety awareness
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of measurements and tolerances
• Ability to read blueprints or CAD drawings is a plus, but not required
• Experience with CNC machines, fabrication, or machining preferred
• Willingness to learn CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD or Fusion 360 (a plus)
