Part Time- Maintenance - Make-Ready

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Part Time- Maintenance - Make-Ready position for a local Greenville, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Perform basic repairs and maintenance (minor carpentry, patching, fixture replacement, etc.)
• Complete make-ready tasks such as preparing units, rooms, or buildings for occupancy
• Paint and perform touch-ups on interiors and exteriors as assigned
• Pick up trash and debris while maintaining clean and organized work areas
• Assist with groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, weeding, and general outdoor maintenance

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous experience in general labor, maintenance, make-ready, painting, or groundskeeping preferred
• Basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
