Job Responsibilities
Safely lifting and moving items weighing up to 75 lbs and assisting with heavier loads in teams
Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to transport, stack, and organize materials
Receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments to confirm accuracy and condition
Picking, packing, and preparing orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality
Maintaining accurate inventory records using computer based systems
Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards, following all safety procedures
Assisting with inventory counts, labeling, and rotating stock as needed
Collaborating with team members to meet daily productivity goals and operational standards
Ability to stand for long periods, bending, reaching, and maintaining stamina throughout 8–10 hour shifts
Be comfortable with repetitive motion tasks and the physical demands of material handling.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry (Windows PC, MS Excel)
Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform repetitive physical activities including standing, bending, reaching, and walking
Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation to the Liberty City warehouse location
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations preferred
Prior forklift experience or certification preferred
