Company Information: A proud women-owned company is hiring Warehouse Associates to their team! They offer a clean, modern, and well-lit work environment. They help clients bring their brand to life by transforming logos and company imagery into print plates that are applied to packaging materials such as cardboard boxes.

Shop Help Associate will:

• Support daily operations on the production floor.
• Provide hands-on, floater role that combines sit-down forklift operation with general warehouse, maintenance, and production support.
• Be reliable, mechanically inclined, and eager to help wherever needed

Warehouse Associate's Pay/Benefits:

• $20-22/HR
• Benefits are available

Warehouse Associate's Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 7AM - 4PM
• Overtime is commonly available and start/end times may shift slightly to accommodate OT

Warehouse Associate's Job Duties:

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move and rotate palletized inventory in the overflow area
• Assist with general warehouse and facility maintenance, including:
• Replacing light bulbs
• Assisting with basic plumbing and upkeep tasks
• Support production operations in areas such as:
• Mounting
• Plating
• Digital printing
• Work collaboratively with team members in shared production areas
• Step in to assist with product production as needed

Warehouse Associate's Requirements:

• Sit-down forklift experience is required
• Mechanical aptitude or maintenance experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong reliability and willingness to be flexible
• Team-oriented, proactive, and motivated work style
