Salary: $23.50/hr

We are seeking Landscape Laborers for a landscaping firm in Marlborough, MA. This position involves outdoor work supporting landscaping and property maintenance projects for residential and commercial properties. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance duties
• Mow lawns, trim edges, and weed garden beds
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery
• Spread mulch, soil, and other landscaping materials
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
• Assist with seasonal cleanups and debris removal
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Support crew members with additional outdoor labor tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:30PM (or until work is completed), with opportunity for overtime.

 

Pay: $23.50/hr
