Field Technician

Location: Manassas, VA 
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to customer locations to install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer sites

• Troubleshoot and repair technical issues in a timely manner

• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections

• Document service calls, work performed, and parts used

• Provide excellent customer service and explain technical issues clearly

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures

• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations when needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Technical certification or associate degree preferred

• 1+ years of field service or related technical experience (preferred)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and customer service abilities

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software

• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics

Work Environment:

• Travel to various job sites daily

• Indoor and outdoor work conditions

• May require evening, weekend, or on-call hours
