Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shipping & Receiving / Inventory Specialist to support our first-shift operations. This individual will play a key role in inventory control, inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining accurate records within our shipping center.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of coffee and tea products
• Prepare and process outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain inventory accuracy through tracking, cycle counts, and documentation
• Utilize inventory control systems (ERP or e-commerce systems a plus)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving and inventory control
• Background in inventory management or warehouse operations required
• Experience with inventory systems or e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move products as needed
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
