Weekend Industrial Cleaner – Georgetown, KY

Pay: $17.00/hr
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday – 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
Hours: 20 hours/week

Job Overview:

We are hiring Weekend Industrial Cleaners to support operations at a large automotive facility. This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

• VERY hot environment
• Must wear PPE including paint suit, hard hat, and safety glasses (provided)
• Steel toe boots required (must provide your own)
• Use of strong-smelling industrial cleaning chemicals
• Industrial/automotive plant setting

Responsibilities:

• Perform industrial cleaning of machinery, floors, and production areas
• Use industrial cleaning equipment
• Remove debris and buildup from equipment and surfaces
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Work around equipment following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• May work in or around confined spaces (training provided)

Requirements:

• Ability to work in extreme heat
• Comfortable with physical labor and getting dirty
• Dependable and able to follow directions
• Must have reliable transportation

• Weekend shifts often involve deeper cleaning tasks and can be more labor-intensive
