What This Role Is All About

You’ll be the go-to person for our members, the friendly voice, the problem-solver, and the one who makes sure everyone feels supported and appreciated. This role blends customer service, creativity, and community engagement into one dynamic position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming and guiding new members so they feel confident and supported
• Being the main point of contact for questions, support, and solutions
• Building relationships that keep members engaged and coming back
• Helping plan events, workshops, and community initiatives
• Creating flyers, newsletters, and social media content (yes—even Facebook Live!)
• Using reports to reach out to members and offer support where it’s needed most
• Working closely with committees and team members to enhance the member experience
• Jumping in wherever needed, because you’re a team player

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

• Is outgoing, friendly, and genuinely enjoys helping others
• Has a creative side and enjoys working on events, marketing, or content
• Brings a “Absolutely, I can help with that!” mindset
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks
• Has experience with Microsoft Office (Canva/Adobe is a big plus!)
• Works well with all types of people and communicates with ease
• Has a team-first mentality—you believe in “we,” not “me”
• Stays positive, solution-focused, and doesn’t take things personally
