Express Employment Professionals is seeking full-time, permanent Guest Services Agents for a Hotel/Resort property located in Kissimmee, FL!

Job Details:

• Pay Rate - $17.00/HR
• Location - Kissimmee, FL 34746
• Full-time, permanent opportunity

Schedule Details:

• Monday - Sunday (2 days off per week, assigned by manager)
• Morning Shift - 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift - 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM
• Overnight Shift - 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Duties:

• Welcome guests upon arrival, verify reservations, assign rooms, issue room keys, process check‑outs, handle payments, and explain charges.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest questions, requests, and concerns.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions.

Requirements:

• MUST have previous customer service and/or hospitality experience.
• MUST have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• MUST have open availability, and flexible scheduling.
