General Laborer - Production

Located in Tyler, TX

Salary: $19/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a General Laborer - Production to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general production tasks across multiple workstations

• Assemble kits and package products according to company standards

• Pack orders accurately and apply proper labels for shipment

• Verify orders for accuracy before shipping

• Maintain basic documentation and production records

• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials

• Support team members and shift between tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in a production or warehouse environment preferred

• Ability to learn multiple job functions and adapt to changing tasks

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform heavy, repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs)

• Frequent bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience operating forklifts or willingness to be trained

• Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment and processes
