Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate team members
• Greet and assist clients, agents, vendors, and guests visiting the Westlake office
• Serve as a friendly, professional, and polished first point of contact
• Provide basic customer service support and general office information
• Perform light administrative tasks such as document handling, scanning, and data entry
• Support the on‑site team with daily office operations and scheduling needs

Required Qualifications

• Prior receptionist or customer-facing experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, and basic Office tools)
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working on-site in a client-facing, team-oriented office environment
• Experience with title, real estate, or property-related software a plus
