Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create menus, often considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a timely manner
• Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks efficiently
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are followed
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage kitchen costs
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Collaborate with management on pricing, promotions, and special events

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a professional kitchen
