General Laborer - Outdoor work | Dixon, IL | Monday - Friday 8:00a - 4:30p | $20.00 -$22.00/ hour

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to support daily operations at an outdoor site. This role involves maintaining a clean and safe environment, mowing and weed removal, clean up of loose litter and debris.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleanup of the site, including picking up debris and litter
• Assist with sorting and handling waste materials as directed
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic is key

---

Preferred (not required):

• Previous labor, construction, or outdoor work experience
• Familiarity with working around heavy equipment
