General Laborer – Lancaster, Ohio (Manufacturing & Production)

We’re hiring General Laborers to support daily production operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a team that values quality and efficiency.

About the Job

You’ll handle material movement, packing, stacking, pallet wrapping, equipment cleaning, and general production support. You’ll also help keep the work area organized and communicate any issues or inefficiencies to leadership. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow written instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Move, pack, stack, and wrap materials and finished products

• Operate pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, and follow written work instructions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Support production goals by working independently and with the team

• Identify and communicate process issues or improvements

• Participate in cross‑training and rotate through various production tasks

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 1+ year of warehouse or production experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
