Key Responsibilities

• Showroom Maintenance: Keep the inventory looking "showroom ready" by detailing, dusting, and polishing motorcycles daily.

• Vehicle Movement: Safely move bikes between the service department, the showroom floor, and the lot.

• Lot Organization: Ensure the exterior display is organized, clean, and inviting for customers.

• Facility Support: Assist the service and sales teams with general tasks, such as clearing debris, taking out trash, and maintaining a clean shop environment.

• Crate Breakdown: Assist in unboxing and prepping new units as they arrive from the manufacturer.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliability: This role is the "engine" of the dealership's appearance. You must show up on time and ready to work every day.

• Solid Work Ethic: You’re someone who sees something that needs to be done and does it without being asked twice.

• Physical Stamina: You will be on your feet most of the day and must be comfortable moving heavy machinery (motorcycles) safely.

• Motorcycle Endorsement: While not strictly required, having a motorcycle endorsement on your license is a huge plus and will allow you more versatility in the role.
