Express Employment Professionals is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operators for a local manufacturing project. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a steady, repetitive rhythm and is looking to log some serious overtime hours over the next few months.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Machine Operation: Operating a press machine to produce high-quality parts.

• Quality Inspection: Carefully inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet strict specifications (attention to detail is a must!).

• Repetitive Production: Staying focused and productive while performing repetitive tasks throughout your shift.

• Team Maintenance: As part of a "lean and clean" team, everyone takes turns helping to keep the facility great, including rotating light cleaning of break rooms and bathrooms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliability: You MUST be okay with working weekends and being available for overtime as needed.

• Sharp Eyes: You can spot a defect or a measurement error quickly.

• Work Ethic: You don't mind getting your hands dirty and are happy to help with general cleaning tasks when it's your turn.

• Availability: You are ready to jump into a 2-3 month assignment and see it through to completion.
