Customer Service Rep - Commercial Lines Insurance

Successful Insurance Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to add to their team. The CSR will work with commercial lines clients to provide WOW customer service experience.

 Responsibilities Include:

• Answering phones and email, and providing excellent customer service to all clients

• Discuss policy coverages and changes with clients

• Obtain quotes and investigate all possibilities to ensure our clients are receiving the best coverage at the best rates available

• Processing new and renewal business, processing payments and endorsements and any and all other items necessary to obtain and retain clients and client coverage

 

Ideal Candidates:

• Possess a 4-40 license 
• 3+ years experience in CSR related work, preferably working with business clientele
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred but not required
• Professional in appearance and communications, both written and verbal
• Capable computer user, comfortable learning new computer systems and programs of various insurance providers
• Typing over 40wpm and intermediate user of Microsoft Word
• Dependable and reliable team player
• Strong organizational and follow up skills

Position will pay $21.00/hr to start. Excellent comprehensive benefits available upon permanent hire including 401k with matching, health/dental/vision, holiday and PTO time.
