Customer Service Representatives

Salary: $19-$21/hr

Position Overview:

• Provide compassionate support to individuals and families applying for housing and utility assistance
• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a call center environment
• Process applications and update client information in cloud-based systems
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with program guidelines
• Role may be phone-heavy or processing-heavy based on candidate strengths and preference
• Maintain a professional, empathetic approach when handling sensitive situations
• Call center experience preferred
