Caregiver (Overnight Shift)

Pay: $18–$24/hour (DOE)

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to provide overnight support for individuals who are disabled or living with dementia. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, attentive, and committed to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight supervision and care to clients in a home or facility setting
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, mobility, and hygiene
• Monitor and ensure client safety throughout the night
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Support individuals with dementia through redirection and calming techniques
• Maintain accurate notes and communicate any changes in condition

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (especially with dementia care)
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor
• Ability to stay alert and responsive during overnight shifts
• Strong communication skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required)
