Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Food Packaging Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure efficient, high-quality food packaging processes. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, familiarity with manufacturing environments, and experience handling packaging equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate food packaging machines efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery using hand tools and basic mechanical skills
• Monitor machine performance throughout production runs and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal operation
• Use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks to move raw materials and finished products safely
• Assist with inventory management by organizing packaging supplies and finished goods
• Follow CGMP guidelines to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance in the production area
• Conduct quality checks on packaged products to verify proper labeling, sealing, and appearance
• Document production data accurately, including quantities produced and machine issues
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining safety standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred
• Familiarity with packaging machinery and basic machining skills
• Ability to operate hand tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely
• Mechanical knowledge related to machinery setup and troubleshooting
• Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and recording data accurately
• Knowledge of CGMP standards applicable in food manufacturing settings
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality assurance
