Facilities & Maintenance Manager
Job Summary
The Facilities & Maintenance Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing daily maintenance and facility operations in a manufacturing and distribution environment. This role works closely with a small maintenance team, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and correctly. The manager will stay visible on the floor, support preventative maintenance efforts, coordinate vendors, and partner with production to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong hands-on technical background (mechanical and electrical required)
- Hydraulic experience a plus not not required
- Experience supervising or leading maintenance personnel
- Comfortable working with industrial equipment, tanks, and facilities systems
- Forklift experience or training exposure preferred
- OSHA certification, 5S, and project management experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Bilingual a plus but not required
Pay & Benefits
- Up to $80,000 per year
