Salary: $70,000-$110,000/year

This is a high-responsibility role for someone who knows the industry, understands the players, and can confidently manage the entire estimating process.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the estimating process from initial bid invitation through final submission
• Develop accurate, competitive, and strategic plumbing estimates
• Perform detailed takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Review and respond to RFIs, addendums, and scope clarifications
• Prepare and submit complete, professional proposals on behalf of the company
• Handle all required MEP documentation with accuracy and efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors (GCs)
• Understand the competitive landscape and key industry players
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining profitability and win rate
• Seamlessly integrate into and follow internal company processes
