Position Overview:
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking kitchen staff to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and takes pride in producing great food. Prior kitchen experience is wanted, but we’re willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Assist with food prep, portioning, and plating
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely service
• Help with inventory and restocking as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or food service experience (especially in a steakhouse or grill environment)
• Ability to work nights and weekends consistently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
