MON – FRI 8:00 – 5:00

 

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for INDUSTRIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a local client in ASCENSION PARISH

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for INDUSTRIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: 

• Reliable and Responsible
• Administrative Professional
• Strong Excel and computer Knowledge
• Ability to multi task while providing highest level of customer service

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Answering multiple phone lines, and route calls
• Greet clients
• Clerical duties - copy/scan/fax, prepare paperwork, mail, filing
• Computer skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook
• Timekeeping or payroll experience is a plus
• Experience with the TRACK software program
• Setting up per diem pay
• Able to follow directions and learn tasks quickly
• Detail-oriented and motivated
• Reliable with excellent attendance history
