Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Dispatch Clerk to assist with scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring deliveries and pickups. The ideal candidate will maintain clear communication with drivers, ensure accurate data entry, and provide support in managing the dispatch process efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations.
• Maintain records of dispatch times, vehicle logs, and delivery details.
• Communicate with drivers to track delivery status and resolve issues.
• Assist in preparing and organizing delivery paperwork.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on shipment status.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in logistics or dispatching (preferred).
