Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Industrial Laborer for a company located in Lake Stevens, WA. This is a full time, permanent position on day shift working 6 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday - Friday with overtime available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming materials, organizing and storing materials in the warehouse, maintaining inventory records, and preparing and packaging orders for shipment. This role also involves helping with production, using power tools, and receiving training in stud welding. The Warehouse Associate will operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials and products, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and assist with manufacturing processes as needed. The role can be physically demanding and may require lifting heavy items and standing for long periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Organize and store materials in the warehouse, maintaining inventory records.
• Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Help with production, using power tools, and receive training in stud welding.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials and products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist with manufacturing processes as needed, such as assembling stud rails or other products.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Experience with power tools and warehouse equipment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Starting pay is $20 per hour. Candidates must have 6 months of solid work history to be considered.
