The Specialized Recruiting Group division of Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Marketing Manager for a busy client in the Ithaca area. This position will focus on shaping, executing, and refining marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support overall revenue growth.

The role calls for a dynamic and adaptable professional who can balance strategy with execution. The Marketing Manager will oversee cross functional collaboration, lead marketing efforts across multiple channels, and actively contribute to the development and delivery of campaigns. Success in this position requires both strong leadership skills and a willingness to be directly involved in marketing activities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and guide strategic marketing and communication plans
  • Lead and coordinate efforts across teams
  • Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems
  • Oversee digital presence, including branding and website performance
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with at least seven years of progressively responsible experience, ideally involving leadership of cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, think strategically, and solve complex problems
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong experience with WordPress development
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce
