Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Valve Builder to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling industrial valves and components according to engineering specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in mechanical assembly, using hand and power tools, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble valves and related components using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and assembly drawings
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and proper fit
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and gauges to verify specifications
• Perform leak testing or functional testing on finished products as required
• Identify and report defects, damaged parts, or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a builder role preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in valve assembly, industrial manufacturing, or rubber/metal components
• Basic mechanical aptitude or troubleshooting skills
