Maintenance Technician
Shift: B Shift (Mon–Thurs, 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM)
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00/hr + shift differential

 

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support a busy manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure minimal downtime and safe operations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
• Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures
• Assist with general facility maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude (basic electrical knowledge a plus)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
