🚚 CDL Driver – Mobile Mix Concrete Operator

📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
💲 Pay: $30/hr
📍 Travel: Between client job sites only
📌 Location: Bend, Oregon

📘 Position Summary

To aid and assist mobile mix concrete production and efficiency by increasing organization and promoting high levels of productive behavior. This role supports a program that continually progresses toward greater refinement at all production levels.

🛠️ Performance Responsibilities

1. 🚛 Drive Mobile Mix Truck (CDL Required)
2. 🧱 Operate Front-End Loader (load/unload aggregate materials)
3. 🧽 Perform Daily Vehicle Maintenance & Organization (cleaning & organizing company vehicle)
4. 📄 Complete Daily Trip Logs (record daily activities)
5. 🤝 Maintain Strong Customer Relations (communication & rapport with customers)
6. ⚙️ Operate Mixer Equipment (mix design & material execution)
7. 📢 Demonstrate Strong Organization & Communication Skills (critical with customers, management, and dispatch)
8. ⏱️ Be Flexible With Work Hours

🎓 Qualifications

1. CDL License (Class A or Class B) – REQUIRED
2. Front-End Loader Experience
3. Concrete or Construction Background Preferred
4. Any equivalent combination of experience the company finds appropriate
5. Valid Oregon Driver’s License
6. Minimum 1 year of similar experience preferred
