Order Entry Clerk

Express Employment London is currently recruiting for an Order Entry & Customer Service Clerk for our highly reputable and fast growing client in London, Ontario.
This is an in-person role.
The role is to cover a 12-18 months mat leave however it has the potential to become long-term for the right person.
Industry experience in the H&S supplies & clothing is highly desirable but not required.
Pay: $25/hr
Job Details:
The Order Entry Customer Service Clerk is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders and providing exceptional front-line support. This involves handling a variety of hundreds of different industrial products requiring a high degree of accuracy regarding specifications, sizing, and material requirements.
Customer support and communication.
Coordination & Logistics.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an Order Entry or Customer Service role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Must have strong computer skills - MS Office, SAGE & ERP system.
Attention to detail skills is a must!
Strong communication skills - ability to up-sale when opportunities come up.
