Mechanical Assembler (Manufacturing)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

 

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Assemblers with a strong background in manufacturing environments.

 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on assembly experience and the ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and part/wire lists.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly of components following detailed blueprints and specifications
• Interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and wiring lists
• Utilize a variety of hand tools and power tools, including drill presses
• Ensure quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months to 1+ year of related mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing setting
• IPC J-STD-001 certification (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional IPC certifications (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/21, IPC/WHMA-A-620)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
