Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating of new business opportunities. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through  outbound outreach
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and close deals remotely
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  This role pays an hourly rate and offers commissions on top!
