Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic server/bartender/sales associate with a friendly, outgoing disposition to provide excellent guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Fine Dining experience and previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Must be 21+. Compensation includes hourly pay and tips.

Requirements:

•       Prepare dining room by setting tables with condiments, candles, napkins, and utensils; adhere to all sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

•       Guide patrons in selecting food and beverages by presenting the menu, suggesting courses, explaining chef's specialties, identifying appropriate wines, and answering food preparation questions.

•       Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties, and kitchen inventory; provide customers with an exceptional dining experience.

•       Encourage guest reviews through Google and social media platforms while maintaining a great work ethic and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.

 Qualifications:

•       Resume and proven working experience as a server, bartender, or sales associate; relevant training certificate, food handlers, and alcohol certifications required.

•       Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.

•       Sales-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and commitment to guest satisfaction.

•       Bilingual is a plus; ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
