General Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Field Services Technician (Laborer) for a short-term assignment in Laytonville, CA. This position involves traveling to residential and commercial properties to complete general maintenance and cleanup tasks. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and can operate independently in the field.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00/hour
• Mileage reimbursement provided
• Paid drive time to and from job site (per applicable policies)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform debris removal and grass cutting
• Remove damaged or unsafe items and replace locks as needed
• Complete general property maintenance to ensure safety and readiness
• Document work performed and report any issues or concerns
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction, or related field preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks and use of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
• Strong communication skills for reporting and documentation

Work Environment
This role involves outdoor work at various property locations and may require travel within the surrounding area.
