Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck depending on facility) to move pallets, materials, and finished goods throughout the warehouse.

• Pick customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.

• Load and unload trucks, verifying counts and inspecting materials for damage or discrepancies.

• Stage, wrap, and prepare orders for shipping according to company standards.

• Perform inventory tasks including cycle counts, stock rotation, replenishment, and bin audits.

• Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas, ensuring aisles, racks, and staging zones remain safe and accessible.

• Follow all safety procedures, including proper forklift operation, PPE use, and equipment inspections.

• Assist with general warehouse duties such as packing, labeling, palletizing, and material handling as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Ability to read pick tickets, manifests, and inventory documents.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory handling.

• Comfortable using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

• Ability to operate forklifts for extended periods.

• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
