Key Responsibilities
  • Located in Clinton
  • Inventory Tracking: Cataloging salvaged ag equipment parts into computerized systems, performing physical counts, and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
  • Receiving & Inspection: Assessing incoming ag equipment for reusable parts, inspecting components for damage, and checking part usability.
  • Dismantling & Sorting: Removing parts for resale 
  • Stock Organization: Maintaining an organized and clean yard or warehouse for easy part retrieval.
  • Sales Assistance: Locating parts for customers and assisting with shipping/receiving, including operating forklifts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Agricultural Equipment Knowledge: Strong familiarity with vehicle parts and systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Checkmate, Partmate) and Excel.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy items (50+ lbs), stand for long periods, and work in varied weather conditions.
  • Equipment Operation: Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts or loaders.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in agricultural equiment or mechanics preferred.
