Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or until route is complete)
Location: Castle Rock, CO (servicing Castle Rock, Parker & Highlands Ranch areas)
Position Type: Seasonal / Temporary

About the Opportunity:
Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is hiring Lawn Care Technicians for a family-owned lawn care company serving the south metro area. This is a seasonal, hands-on role working outdoors performing residential lawn services including aeration, power raking, overseeding, and fertilization. Ideal for someone reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working independently on a route.

 

Job Highlights:

• Perform lawn care services including aeration, power raking, overseeding, and fertilizing
• Load and unload equipment, seed, and fertilizer from trailers daily
• Travel route-to-route throughout Castle Rock, Parker, and Highlands Ranch
• Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Complete daily routes with a focus on quality and efficiency

 

What We Look For:

• Reliable transportation to report to Castle Rock each morning
• Strong attendance and dependability (critical for this role)
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs consistently
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or general labor is a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently
