Job Title: PRN Case Aide
Pay Rate: $17.56/hour
Schedule: PRN (as needed); flexible hours

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Case Aide to support older youth and young adults transitioning out of the foster care system. This role focuses on empowering individuals through life skills development, coaching, and guidance to promote independence and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one life skills coaching to youth and young adults
• Teach essential daily living skills, including nutritionally balanced meal planning and food preparation
• Assist with job readiness, including resume building, job searching, and interview preparation
• Support clients in locating and securing safe and stable housing
• Educate clients on how to select medical providers and access healthcare services
• Guide individuals in obtaining vital documents (e.g., ID, Social Security card, birth certificate)
• Promote critical thinking and skillful decision-making
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and activities (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• Experience working with youth, young adults, or at-risk populations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Passion for mentoring and supporting individuals in achieving independence
• Reliable transportation may be required

Work Environment:

• Community-based role with flexible scheduling
