• Located in Clinton
• Setup and Operation: Configure CNC machines, load raw materials, set tool offsets, and operate equipment to produce parts to specifications.
• Programming and Editing: Enter instructions, verify programs (G-code/Mazatrol), and adjust feeds and speeds to optimize production.
• Inspection and Quality Control: Measure finished parts using precision tools like micrometers, calipers, and CMMs to verify tolerances.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance (lubrication, chip removal) and diagnose errors in programming or machine function.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret complex engineering drawings, schematics, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Safety Adherence: Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. 

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship preferred.
• Proven experience in drilling, reaming, milling, and threading.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics, blueprint reading, and GD&T.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
• Physical stamina to work long hours on their feet. 

• CNC Mills, Lathes, and 5-Axis machines.
• Manual mills, lathes, grinders.
• Precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
