This isn't just a desk job; we need someone who understands the fast-paced world of trucking and can hit the ground running with title processing and office operations.

The "Must-Haves":

  • Industry Experience: You MUST have prior experience in the Trucking/Logistics industry OR specific experience with Vehicle Titling/Title Clerk duties.

  • Reliability: This is a key leadership role; we need someone who thrives in a Monday–Friday routine and takes ownership of the office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Title Management: Handling legal documents, vehicle registrations, and title transfers with high accuracy.

  • Daily Operations: Managing the "hub" of the office—answering phones, greeting visitors, and supporting the fleet/operations team.

  • Records & Compliance: Maintaining meticulous files for drivers, vehicles, and state regulatory requirements.

  • Administrative Support: Managing office supplies, vendor relationships, and assisting management with special projects.

  • Detail-Oriented: You don't just see paperwork; you see the legal importance of every VIN and signature.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must) and comfortable learning industry-specific software.
