Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring General Sewers / Seamsters in the McAllen area. This role involves sewing and assembling vinyl dock products and dock shelters in a production environment. The ideal candidate has experience with industrial sewing machines, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow production specifications.

What You’ll Do:

• Sew and assemble vinyl dock products and dock shelters according to specifications
• Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production instructions
• Operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, and prepare vinyl materials for production
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report material shortages, defects, or equipment issues to management
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and goals
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous sewing experience required (industrial sewing preferred)
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Pay: $10.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience)
