Kettle Mixer (3rd Shift)
Location: Edwardsville, KS
Schedule: 3rd Shift, hours vary based on production needs
Pay: Based on experience, paid weekly

We’re hiring a Kettle Mixer for a 3rd shift role in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a physically demanding position working with heated materials and chemicals. It’s a good fit for someone who’s reliable, can handle tough conditions, and is ready to stay busy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor mixing kettles used in production
• Combine materials according to specifications and production schedules
• Work around high-heat equipment and chemical processes
• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Maintain steady workflow to support production demands
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
• Clean and maintain work area (dusty and dirty environment)

Qualifications:

• Able to work in very hot, dirty, and physically demanding conditions
• Comfortable working around chemicals and industrial materials
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for long shifts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance
