Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring General Assemblers in the McAllen area. This position involves assembling vinyl dock products and dock shelters in a fast-paced production environment. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable working with hand and power tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble vinyl dock products and dock shelters according to production specifications
• Measure, mark, and cut materials using hand tools and cutting equipment
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Inspect finished products for quality and proper fit before release
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all shop safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Report defects, material shortages, or production issues to supervisor
• Assist team members and perform additional duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous assembly or warehouse experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Pay: $10.00 – $12.00 per hour
