About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:

• Process utility payments via cash, check, credit/debit card, and online systems
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare financial reports
• Maintain accurate payment records and account balances
• Assist customers with billing questions, account inquiries, and service requests
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
• Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and phone support

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in cash handling, customer service, or related field preferred
• Basic math skills and proficiency with computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable with strong organizational and time management skills
